beats.hu

Since I'm not at home right now and won't be for the next months, it'll be hard to record the Clubnight mixes. I have to work on this little problem, but I'm sure I'll find a solution for that. As long as I'm not able to record the mixes, I'll have to get them from somewhere else . . . from the internet. A while ago I've stumbled upon a site that had tons of mixes from all around the world for download, but I can't remember it's URL. I've been searching for this website for a couple of days without any result. While I was searching for it ( still do ) I found a great hungarian wesbite.
beats.hu is an absolute fantastic website for lovers of House music. The website has an eyefriendly color and is kept very minimalistic where the focus is on the content. It has an big photo gallery from different parties, festivals etc, and provides a downloadable zip file for those photos. The ultimate and absolute best part of the website is the music section with downloadable mixes. This is just great, you can download Deephouse, Tech-House, Progressive House and many other genre mixes and this all for free. If you're a lover of such a music this site is a must . . . Even if you don't know the language . . . the music ( and the beautiful young ladies on the pictures ) will make make you stay on this website and will make you come back frequently. For those who want to look at the pictures, but don't want to click throught the menu . . . you have to click on "Képek", which means pictures. Those who want the mixes ( I believe there will be a lot of people who want those mixes ) have to click on "Zenék", which means music. So let's go and get some fantastic tunes . . .
Yahoo! Site Explorer and Google.com

Last night I've been surfing the WWW and I was wondering how many sites link back to intomusic. I checked Google, Yahoo! and MSN Search for backlinks and figured out that no individual is linking back to this website. What does it mean "no individual" ? I mean people that came to this site and decided to link back to it. There are a couple of backlinks, but those are results of my actions from some websites where I left the link while commenting on a blog entry or from some forum signature. I've also checked Yahoo! Site Explorer for some backlinks and this gave me the best result. I have to say that the most "backlinks" come from this website due to the fact that the link to the main page is present in the site navigation. As far as I get it, it's possible to filter out those "insite backlinks", for this I've submited this website to the Yahoo! Site Explorer program. Since the URL list was accepted this morning, it'll take some time until I'll see this filter option ( I guess ). One feature I'm able to see already is the last date a particular page of this webiste was crawled by Yahoo!. This can tell me what infomation of a page will be listed when a person is using Yahoo!. This is helpful for the playlist pages, for example.
There is something interesting I've noticed two days ago while testing how this website is found by Google, if it can be found at all. I've tested google.com and google.de with the same keywords and I got two different results. I've searched for "DJ name, Clubnight" ( for example: "Timo Maas, Clubnight" or "Ralf GUM, Clubnight"). I was positively surprised when I saw that this website was listed on the first results page using google.com . google.de dissapointed me a little bit, because the website wasn't listed on the first results page, at least not for the internet popular DJ's. Either this had to do something with the DC or with the fact that the content of this website is in english. I should be happy that the website is indexed at all.
